The key element for me is to focus on the principles of the Kingdom and organic church. As long as we stay focused there I believe we will keep it organic. The moment we begin to look at "how to's" we fall into hearing God for other people. I believe one of the key points for organic church is to equip people to hear God in their lives. I read this recently,"Perhaps the church is neither emerging nor re-structuring so much as re-claiming its true nature as an underground, insurgent movement."
